Terms of Service — MaxifyTV

By accessing or using the MaxifyTV IPTV subscription service at https://maxifytv.com, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

Welcome to MaxifyTV (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service govern your relationship with us and form a binding agreement the moment you place an order.

1. Service description

MaxifyTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic program guide data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription, as described in our setup guide.

2. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in the United States, to hold an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscription plans and payment

MaxifyTV offers subscription terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for every plan are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout.

  • All prices are displayed in US dollars at checkout.
  • Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • Payments are processed securely. MaxifyTV does not store payment card details.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately:

  • No refunds are issued after account activation.
  • Exceptions apply only to (a) a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, for which a pro-rata credit may be issued, or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge, which is refunded in full.
  • Requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

  • Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
  • Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM protections or authentication systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
  • Use the Service in any manner that breaches applicable law in the United States or elsewhere.
  • Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Violation results in immediate termination without refund. If you wish to sell subscriptions legitimately, apply through the reseller program instead.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming across multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application; MaxifyTV does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service availability

MaxifyTV targets 99.9% uptime and has met it across the last twelve months. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance announced in advance where possible, unplanned technical issues, third-party content provider disruptions, or force majeure events. MaxifyTV is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — live channels, video on demand, logos and EPG data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. MaxifyTV does not claim ownership of third-party content and does not host or originate programming; see our DMCA policy. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The MaxifyTV name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXIFYTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of North Carolina.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time and will post the revised version at https://maxifytv.com/terms.html with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
