DMCA & Copyright Policy — MaxifyTV

MaxifyTV respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders, and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and equivalent copyright legislation in the United States.

Last updated: January 1, 2026

1. Our content licensing position

MaxifyTV operates as a reseller of IPTV subscription services. We do not host, store or originate the content delivered through the Service. All channels and on-demand content are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors, and we are committed to ensuring our operations respect applicable copyright laws. This position is restated in section 8 of our terms of service.

2. Reporting copyright infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent and believe content accessible through https://maxifytv.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include all of the following

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the work you claim has been infringed. A representative list is acceptable where multiple works are covered.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific URLs or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content.
  3. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A good faith statement — that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. An accuracy statement — that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
  6. Your signature, physical or electronic.

We acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the material and notifying the relevant content provider.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, submit a written counter-notification to [email protected] containing:

  1. Identification of the removed content — description, URLs and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction of the courts in the United States and acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your signature, physical or electronic.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification we forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

4. Repeat infringer policy

  • Accounts subject to multiple valid copyright infringement notices are reviewed.
  • MaxifyTV reserves the right to terminate subscriptions belonging to repeat infringers.
  • Termination for repeat infringement does not entitle the user to a refund under our refund policy.

5. Misuse of the DMCA process

Filing a false takedown notice is a serious legal matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) and equivalent laws, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.

6. Contact

All copyright correspondence should be directed to [email protected]. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response. General enquiries belong on the contact page instead.
