What the panel gives you

Every reseller receives a credit dashboard where lines are created, renewed, suspended and reset without contacting us. You set your own retail price, keep the whole margin and own the customer relationship end to end.

Who this suits

The program works best for people already in front of customers: phone and computer repair shops, TV installers, satellite technicians moving clients across, community group organisers and anyone running a device-sales side business. If you are selling the hardware, you may as well sell the line that runs on it.

Before you apply: familiarise yourself with the channel line-up and the installation process. Resellers handle first-line support for their own customers, and knowing the product well is the single biggest predictor of low churn.

Support and escalation

Reseller tickets jump the queue. Growth tier and above get a direct WhatsApp channel; Pro and Partner tiers get a named account manager and can escalate straight to engineering when a feed misbehaves. Our own retail desk runs on the same infrastructure, so we find out about problems at the same moment you do.
